Jai Shri Krishna,
I’m a little nervous and exited at the same time. Excited that I am going to India to pay my respects to the mother and father of my soul and being after all its been two years since I last had the privilege and I’m hopefully going to learn alot more about my faith not to mention the friends you can make on something as full on as this. Nervous that I’m going to walk 25 miles per day and never having walked that much over consecutive days, I’ve heard storied of people loosing toe nails and growing blisters the size of Jupiter, coupled with the mosquitoes who by the way love the taste of my blood oh and the heat – its expected to be 45 degrees.
So that was what I thought on Saturday 8th of August. Since then I have caught the flu. Perfect timing as always, and meeting a few people that have come back from holiday have some scary stories – how some travellers were denied entrance to the country they were visiting. For me that would be a major kick in the nuts, so close yet so far. My wife is already in India and I really want to be there with her to go on this journey. I guess whatever happens, happens for the best. Now those blisters and the heat sound quite enticing.
God – if you’re using the Internet and pass by this blog, PLEASE can I go on the yatra.

Good luck Pritesh & Minal, hope you have a safe trip, get over the flu quickly, and most of all have a great pilgrimmage! We’re awaiting pics & tales on your return
BTW – Love the blog.
Best regards,
- Art
